Bring Good Things to Life

Bring good things to life. More than a motto, it is how you become an adult. Eventually, you birth yourself and your children.

Emotional adulthood requires a growth mindset. It requires that we think for ourselves and drop our childhood programming.

Bring good things to life. It’s not just what you happen to think that brings your results; it’s what you want to think.

How to Think a Good Thought

Think a good thought and bring good things to life. Any discussion of controlling your thoughts starts with self-acceptance. Know who you are.

Emotional adulthood demands flexibility in your thoughts. Holding contradictory ideas that provide so much relief.  Purposeful, powerful thought requires self-understanding.

Control your thoughts; know who you are.

What You Want to Think

Don’t Do This if you want good things in your life.

Here is a list of things not to do if you want good things.

Don’t:

  • Go through life thinking what you were told to think
  • Believe the recycled thoughts of your family of origin
  • Question the programming of your young mind

Ok, did I catch you with the last one? The point of wanting good things in your life is to get rid of the programming of your young mind, question it,  the recycled thoughts of your family of origin, and give up the thinking you were told to think. Question the programming of your young mind.

That thinking caused decades of suffering.

And it feels out of control.

Bring Good Things to Life

Being truthful is how you discover who you are. It brings good things to life. If you are lucky, you can birth yourself first and then your children. Become the not unhealthy parent.

If you want a better life, be truer to yourself. Drop the childhood scratched records and have a growth mindset. Now.

Emotional adulthood requires a growth mindset. It requires introspection and self-respect. Bring good things to life. It’s not just what you think that brings your results; it’s what you want to think.
